Beautiful old hotel in every way with excellent staff despite the best efforts of the acting manager. Early check-in, amazing location not far from art gallery, nice hotels and central shopping, and restaurant. Also, in the centre of ballarat.

Nicely presented hotel, we enjoyed this place.

Enjoy a delightful breakfast complemented by a Nespresso machine. the staff throughout the hotel are incredibly amiable and caring. the setting is magnificent and perfect, with restaurants and bars just a short distance away.

had a budget and great-sized room with large bathroom, a queen bed and a coffee, and i couldn't ask for more. the location was central, perfect in the town centre with plenty of restaurants nearby.
